Public Health Services

The Health Department Public Health Division consists of Registered Nurses, a Licensed Practical Nurse, Health Educators and a Family Intervention Specialist who are available to provide a variety of services to county residents.  All members of the nursing staff are highly qualified professionals. 

The mission of the public health staff is to serve the residents of Vinton County by promoting wellness and preventing disease through the many programs and services offered by the Vinton County Health Department.
