Title XX

The health department, through a contract with the Vinton County Department of Job and Family Services, began offering the services of a Family Intervention Specialist to disadvantaged families in June, 2005.  The services offered include educating the family on basic skills needed to maintain a safe household and assisting the family with coordination of any service needs the family may have.
